Decarbonation & Recyclability of Stainless Steel

Based on the French Low Carbon Strategy, we propose to describe the methods of assessing the carbon footprint of a stainless steel. In a second step, we will show the interest of the recyclability of this material for the reduction of its carbon footprint and the opportunities of short loops recovery of the emplemented products.
