TECHCI's investment policy continues to develop its capability and advance its level of industrial maturity. This makes it possible to respond to new demands. These are mainly HDI circuits with µvias stacked up to 5 stratifications, presence of back drilling and buried passive components. On these products, requirements outside of its current standards can accumulate in terms of the positioning of the cutout, copper and varnish. At the same time, TECHCI qualifies new materials in line with these demands and making it possible to prevent against problems of availability and supply time.
